My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Are your products safe to use indoors?

Do the solar lamps work without direct sunlight?
Our solar lamps work best with direct sunlight exposure of at least 6–8 hours for optimal performance. They can also charge in indirect light, but performance may vary.
Do the aroma diffusers come with essential oils?
No, essential oils are not included. The diffusers are compatible with any water-soluble essential oil of your choice.
