Our Return Policy

At VERIDIA8, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@veridiastore.eu with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
• Please send us a photo of the damaged item to support@veridiastore.eu within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Items returned after the 30-day window.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
